Uno Skillet



After a busy day, it's sort of nice to just be able to throw something in a pot and go ya know? I threw some shrimp, asparagus, and green beans in a skillet with a little olive oil, sesame oil, red pepper and garlic. We put that on top of brown rice, and ended up with a delicious dinner that was so so easy! I loved it. Made my day a lot more relaxing. Well, Gotta go!
Oh yeah, and I forgot about Thursday. I put some shelf-stable gnocchi, swish chard, white northern beans and chopped tomatoes in a skillet and cooked it. Wow, I'm really about one skillet meals huh? Guess that's because I work full time, have a house to keep up with, and I'm a mom. You learn to be at least a little time savvy. lol
